Debating a [dot] com. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone,

I am debating a move from blogspot to [dot] com. Does anyone have suggestions about transferring my blog information to a wordpress platform? I don't want to loose my followers and my posts, is there a way to transfer all of this information successfully with minimal loss?
